SHIPPING POLICY
  • 1. By placing your order, you authorise us to deliver the products to you using a reliable courier service. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. We aim for next day delivery if an order is received before mid-day. Due to transportation issues delivery to some places in Scotland (e.g. the Highlands) may take a little longer than the expected 3 days.
  • 2. We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) for the stated delivery charge. Usually delivery to areas outside the UK will attract an additional surcharge.
  • 3. Please contact us if you need a delivery outside UK mainland so we can find out the cost of delivery for you. Our e-mail address is: info@nubiwise.com
  • 4. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only. If an order is despatched on a Friday, it should reach you by Monday, for next day delivery. Deliveries usually take place any time between 8am to 6pm. We cannot guarantee morning or afternoon deliveries.
  • 5. For your security, please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, if necessary, either at the recipients address or any other address. This is to acknowledge receipt of the order.
  • 6. Large orders may have to be sent on a pallet. Delivery for pallet orders is 2-3 days from the date of despatch. It may be helpful to speak with us to clarify any queries.
  • 7. Delivery times may be affected if there are unforeseen circumstances.
  • 8. If the courier attempts delivery at the specified delivery address, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the products, the courier will retain the products and will leave a calling card with a customer services telephone number for you to call and arrange a collection or re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, but cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time.
  • 9. The courier will only attempt to re-deliver the products on up to two separate days, after that, a further delivery charge may become payable.
  • 10. The products will be returned to our despatch depot if they have not been collected from the courier holding hub.
